    As a business psychologist, Cameron’s primary interest is strengthening business performance by maximising the human element. The human element is the only consistent and reliable dimension that continues to show up in all studies of business performance and effectiveness.

    Cameron integrates his understanding of people, business and performance to develop the mindsets, skill sets and key habits that generate consistent business results.

    Cameron has worked across industries including engineering, financial services, construction, professional services, resources and education. He has worked with leaders and teams to generate results in the areas of innovation, developing the customer experience and business planning and performance.

    Cam loves to travel and take in new experiences including new cultures, adventure activities, experimental cooking projects and preferably a combination of all. He lives in Brisbane and loves to be outside enjoying time with family, friends and of course Molly the cocker spaniel.

    Annette is fascinated by the psychology of business. She understands the dynamics of human systems and performance and uses this to optimise how employees and organisations work.

    As a registered psychologist, Annette is able to draw on her expertise of how humans think, feel and behave. She believes that there is nothing more powerful than focused human energy – when this energy is unlocked, humans can achieve remarkable things.

    Annette has complemented her experience in industry with a PhD in organisational psychology allowing her to bring both a scientific and practical approach.

    She loves the challenge and opportunity of helping businesses adapt and thrive in a complex, dynamic and competitive business environment. Annette is able to use her specialist skills in the areas of group dynamics, facilitation, change management and culture transformation to create a tangible business impact.

    Annette is a night owl, married to an early riser, and always starts her day with a cappuccino in her hand. Outside of work, she loves spending time around the dinner table with family and friends and catching the latest movie.

She has specialisation in leadership development, executive coaching and organisational change, and is an enthusiastic keynote speaker, facilitator, coach and change agent. Lorena is experienced in equipping leaders to inspire and motivate their teams to foster positive organisational behaviours and deliver high performance.

    As a registered organisational psychologist, Lorena places an emphasis on evidence-based practice that translates research into practical organisational strategies.

    Lorena has over 20 years’ experience in bringing the “human” to human resources within some of Australia’s most iconic brands and has held a broad portfolio of senior HR leadership roles across people & culture, learning & development, recruitment and even the ‘dark arts’ of employee and industrial relations.

    Lorena is an adventurer and self-confessed nerd, who has been known to reference Yoda at times.

    Kayler is interested in investigating ways to optimise human performance in complex and dynamic work environments. She recognises there are many constraints that restrict optimal performance and aims to assist organisations in overcoming these by improving the organisations’ physical and psychological environment.

    Kayler has a background in organisational psychology and enjoys working in the intersection between academia and industry. Kayler is partway through her PhD in human factors where she is investigating the implications of work design for remotely piloted aircraft crew. Previously, Kayler’s research has explored the effects of work design on employee well-being and productivity.

    Kayler recognises there can be a gap between academic research and industry application and strives to bridge this gap in her own work. Kayler enjoys the challenge of condensing scientific literature into key principles that can be applied in practice.

    Kayler enjoys spending time at the beach or by the pool, she loves travelling, spending quality time with loved ones, and catching up with friends

    Julie is a seasoned Executive Assistant and Office Manager with a wealth of knowledge in business-related functions. With a keen eye for organisational efficiency and strategic coordination, she seamlessly manages office operations to drive productivity and facilitate optimal performance. Having started her career as a personal assistant, supporting legal practitioners and directors, Julie quickly learnt the importance of
    attention to detail and client relations. Julie enjoys variety in her work, a fast
    pace, and the ability to contribute to an efficient operation.

    Julie has experience across multiple industries – retail and commercial construction, mining, manufacturing, local government and water rating authorities, legal, accounting and financial services, and not-for-profit organisations.

    Julie has a broad knowledge base across all areas of business operations and project management, including procurement, logistics, event management, bookkeeping, financial operations, and experience with graphic design applications. With this foundational knowledge base, Julie is a great asset to the team at Coretex.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Julie enjoys immersing herself in creative outlets, embracing art and interior design as sources of inspiration and rejuvenation. Having recently purchased a renovator’s delight. Julie is very excited with design concepts and making her new home both function and beautiful.

    Similar, to her working day, Julie’s personal time is busy and varied. At 7am on Saturday you’ll find Julie at her local 5km Parkrun reported as more talking than breaking any records, followed by a long leisurely breakfast with her running buddy. Julie describes this as a great start to her weekend.
